Where should I host my Cosmic Golf 2 Go event?

Accepted Answer

Any flat indoor or outdoor space around 1500 sq ft or roughly the size of half a basketball or tennis court.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.  This deposit is necessary to allocate resources and to reserve our calendar.

What if the forecast calls for rain?

Cosmic Golf 2 Go can operate in the rain, but party plans can change.  Our team will be in touch with you ahead of your event to discuss any weather-related concerns and to reschedule free of charge.

Are you insured?

Yes, Cosmic Foam Party LLC dba Cosmic Golf 2 Go is licensed and insured.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather as determined by Cosmic Golf 2 Go, a credit for the full value of the event will be issued, valid for 13 months.  For cancellations within 48 hours of the event due to non-weather-related reasons, you may transfer your event date for a $50 fee.

How far does Cosmic Golf 2 Go travel?

Delivery is included if the host address is within 15 miles of Newark, DE 19711.  Outside of this 15-mile radius, a delivery fee may apply.  Please contact us for a custom quote.

Do the fairways need to be plugged in?

Accepted Answer

No, our fairways include cordless LED lighting.

Question 8

What access is needed to set up course?

Accepted Answer

We require 36” doorways for our cart. Please contact our office to discuss special installation circumstances.
