Where should I host my Cosmic Foam Party?

Any outdoor space at least 20ft x 20ft.  A water source (outdoor spigot) and grounded power supply (3-prong outlet) must be within 75ft of the party area.

Is foam safe for kids and pets?

Yes, our foam is safe for kids, pets, and the environment!  Our professional-grade foam solution is hypo-allergenic, dye-free, and biodegradable.

Do you provide music?

Absolutely!  A Cosmic Foam Party includes an outdoor sound system.  We provide family-friendly party music as well as safety announcements.

Question 4

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.  This deposit is necessary to allocate resources and to reserve our calendar.

Question 5

What do you wear for a Cosmic Foam Party?

Lightweight shirts and shorts are advisable. Swimsuits are recommended for kids who will play in the foam for longer periods.   A beach towel close by is helpful.

What if the forecast calls for rain?

Cosmic Foam Party can operate in a light rain, but nothing heavier.  Our team will be in touch with you ahead of your event to discuss any weather-related concerns and to reschedule if necessary.

Question 7

How do you clean up after a Cosmic Foam Party?

Accepted Answer

Our foam solution dissolves when exposed to the Sun. To dissolve the foam quickly, simply spray with water.  In most cases, the foam dissolves on its own by the time our team is packed and leaving.

Yes, Cosmic Foam Party LLC is licensed and insured.

Question 9

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather as determined by Cosmic Foam Party, a credit for the full value of the event will be issued, valid for 13 months.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the event due to non-weather-related reasons, you may transfer your event date for a $50 fee.

How far does Cosmic Foam Party travel?

Delivery is included if the host address is within 15 miles of Newark, DE.  Outside of this 15-mile radius, a delivery fee may apply.  Please contact us for a custom quote.

Is it difficult to set up and run a foam machine?

Accepted Answer

Not at all!  We provide super easy-to-follow instructions as well as How-to videos.

Question 12

Will the Foam Machine Rental fit in my car?  Is it heavy?

Accepted Answer

Our Foam Machine Rental kit fits in an empty sedan.  The heaviest item in the kit is 35 lbs.
